- Made to Order Products:
- Made to order products especially personalised products cannot be resold and therefore returns cannot be accepted except when the product is faulty or arrives damaged. If this is the case then please send us a clear picture of the fault, we will asset it & if we find that it is indeed faulty we would either remake or refund.
- If you find a spelling or other text error & the spelling mistake was ours IE: If you submitted the name as Harry & we printed Hary, then we would reprint and send another for FREE. Please Note: Before printing we always offer proofs but in any case, we normally check your submitted details & would contact you if we find an odd submission like, Weight: 2000kg instead if 2000g, but please understand that we can also miss these mistakes & cannot be held responsible if the mistake was made by you (customer), we normally offer a reprint at a special price for you. Always check your spelling & if you find a mistake please contact us ASAP so we can change the error. In non-busy periods your products could be printed within a few hours, so please call us on Ph: 0491 057 776 during business hours.

- Handmade Products:
- Most of our handmade products take time to make and in a few circumstances, there may be very minor faults or the colouring can be slightly array and in this instant, we can only apologise and advise the maker of this. The Maker may offer some compensation however this will be left to the discretion of the maker of the product.
- If the product is significantly different, damaged or faulty then, after our assessment we would either replace or refund in full.
- General Products:
