The Actual chart sizes are as follows. Standard Chart Size 21cm (8.25 inches) wide x 104cm (41 inches) long or LARGE 30cm (12 inches) wide x 160cm (63 inches) long.

We have designed 2 ruler start sizes. The 50cm (2ft) start is best for the younger children, however, if you plan to keep the chart for when they grow older then we advise getting the 80cm (3ft) start as this sits higher on the wall & looks more balanced, within the room.

You now have the option of adding an extra ruler on opposite side: (design might vary slightly so we can fit the extra ruler)

If you would like to get a blank chart (no details) just the design then just choose no details required. We will also delete the details box & put something in it's place so it looks balanced. Choose personal details if you would like some or all details on the chart.

A proof means a copy of what the item will look like, we will email an image file to you. If you use a hotmail, gmail or similar free email account, please check your junk folder as they normally get placed there.

We are the experts so we usually balance your item to make it look perfect however if you would like to see what your item will look like then choose proof option. Choosing proof can delay your order slightly. By choosing the proofing option you will have peace of mind that everything will be perfect when you receive it.

There are over 24 Standard designs to choose from, for only $4 extra (includes personal message). When posting we wrap the tube up in a waterproof satchel.

There are two options: Just placing your image in the details box or cropping & blending. Just find a nice clear photo of the child you would like displayed & we will do our best to make it fit.

With cropping & blending, we will use our creativity & initiative. It takes time to do the blending & please be aware that we cannot do the impossible. When selecting a cropped & blended please ensure you select proof in our proofing options.

This relates to production time, (the time it will take us to make it) - NOT the postage time.

EXPRESS IS ONLY VALID IN AUSTRALIA. If ordering overseas we will honour production time but it will be as per airmail postage.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 working days, however, during non-busy periods it's usually 1 working day. (unless otherwise stated)

Postage Times is as follows & should be added to PRODUCTION time:

SA is 1 to 2 Days - NSW, Qld, VIC & TAS is around 3 To 5 Working days. - NT or WA can take beyond 7 days.
