A proof means a copy of what the item will look like, we will email an image file to you. If you use a hotmail, gmail or similar free email account, please check your junk folder as they normally get placed there.

We are the experts so we usually balance your item to make it look perfect however if you would like to see what your item will look like then choose proof option. Choosing proof can delay your order slightly. By choosing the proofing option you will have peace of mind that everything will be perfect when you receive it.

This relates to production time, (the time it will take us to make it) - NOT the postage time.

EXPRESS IS ONLY VALID IN AUSTRALIA. If ordering overseas we will honour production time but it will be as per airmail postage.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 working days, however, during non-busy periods it's usually 1 working day. (unless otherwise stated)

Postage Times is as follows & should be added to PRODUCTION time:

SA is 1 to 2 Days - NSW, Qld, VIC & TAS is around 3 To 5 Working days. - NT or WA can take beyond 7 days.
